variations are possible to better match our protective products to
your specific metal application. Below are some of the many flexible
manufacturing options for these materials:
a. Colors and Additives

KORINTM
VCI
protection - a unique InterWrap patented VCI chemical
formulation (volatile corrosion inhibitor) that protects your
ferrous metal from harmful corrosion. |

Up to 4 Color Printing - our specialized printing
processes offer state-of-the-art, high quality flexographic printing up to 144”
wide.

Coating Colors - we have six coating colors to highlight
your material for better visibility, marketing collaboration and
product identification. |

Construction

Paper/Poly or all Poly - our full line of protective
packaging materials offers the fullest array of products and
constructions in the industry, to meet all your metals packaging
needs. |

Strip Laminate Layer - a protective secondary layer of
woven material to aid in overall packaging strength, package
integrity and additional VCI protection. |

Specialty widths - our narrow width COBRATM wrap is specially
engineered for automatic coil wrapping machines such as the Signode
CoilMasterTM* for excellent coil coverage, high strength wrapping,
and the ultimate in steel coil protection. |

Specialty lengths - we can custom design specialty
lengths from 300' up to 12,000' in length, for all your internal
requirements. |

Diecut and Sheeting capability - allow us to diecut or sheet any
of our constructions and the above combinations to allow easier use
and specific product applications (i.e., donuts for coil ends,
etc.). |

Custom Sheeting, Slitting and Fabrication - these
capabilities are available to produce special material widths on
a roll, individual sheets and specialty perforations.
Fabrication capabilities include material sewing, multiple width
bonding, custom five- sided covers and many finished
material-folding techniques. |

Customized Capabilities - our customization allows us to
better match your needs with unique product solutions. These can
include combinations such as heavy linerboard materials
laminated to any of our woven scrims, heavily coated and printed
for those applications replacing expensive materials (i.e.,
wood, multi-wall corrugated, etc.). We can also laminate other
materials to our constructions for oil absorption and
static protection. |
