RhinoMat™ Underslab Vapor retarder
RhinoMat™ Underslab Vapor retarder is the newest addition to InterWrap's line of building and Building Products. RhinoMat™ is an extremely tough and durable cross woven polyethylene extrusion coated fabric that is to be used directly under concrete slabs to restrict the flow of moisture vapor up through the ground and into the slab.
RhinoMat™ Underslab Vapor retarder's unique cross woven technology provides for superior strength as compared to the conventional blown film-based vapor barriers. The woven structure ensures the utmost protection against punctures and tears during the demanding rigors of the job site. Alternative vapor barriers claim to have high puncture resistance but this is based on laboratory run tests that can never truly simulate the abusive nature of the jobsite.
RhinoMat™ Vapor retarder is designed to not only pass the lab tests, but to withstand the tough physical challenges of the real world. Made out of high quality virgin polymers, RhinoMat™ provides superior protection against moisture. Its unique composite technology limits any deformation of the product thereby ensuring maximum vapor retarder performance and protection.
