Gary Schinning has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry. Starting his career with InterWrap in 2002, as a Sales Manager and then promoted to Division Manager, Roofing Products. Gary brings forward a wealth of knowledge and experience n construction and manufacturing. During his time at InterWrap, Gary was part of the birth of the roofing division in USA & Canada leading to what is ultimately the market leader TITANIUM & Rhino Roofing Products worldwide.

Mark Tupas
Product Engineer
Mark Tupas has over 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry. His experience extends in working in Research and Development, Technical Sales and Services, and Manufacturing and Operations. Mark is actively involved in promoting safe practices and making ergonomic energy efficient products.

Bob McCrickard Jr.
Bob McCrickard Jr. joined InterWrap® in the spring of 2015 as a content writer. Bob has had lifelong experience in the roofing industry starting in 1978 as a journeyman shingler. In 1988 Bob co-founded a roofing company specializing in residential steep slope roofing. Bob shifted his direction from contracting to roofing consultations in 2004 and presently runs a online a question and answer website for Do It Yourselfers. Bob has hundreds of informational articles and blogs on the subject of roofing and brings a roofers prospective to the InterWrap® team.
Heidi  J. Ellsworth
Heidi J. Ellsworth, a graduate of University of Portland, has been working in the roofing industry since 1993. Having held positions with Malarkey Roofing, Carlisle Construction and EagleView Technologies, Heidi is best known as the founder of the roofing-focused marketing firm, HJE Marketing. After recently leading marketing initiatives for EagleView Technology Corp and Pictometry along with overseeing EagleView’s construction sales division, she now runs HJE Consulting Group. This sales and marketing consulting firm focuses on supporting overall marketing strategies and implementation along with providing consulting to build strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams for business profitability and success. Ellsworth has a regular column in Western Roofing, Siding & Insulation Magazine that focuses on marketing tactics for roofing contractors. She has also contributed Roofing Contractor, MR Magazine and Roofing Florida Magazine. She serves on the boards of Western States Roofing Contractors Association and Florida Roofing Sheetmetal Association and recently helped found the national Women in Roofing Council where she now serves as chairperson for the organization
